Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how FTC Technologies handles personal data when you visit our website or send us an enquiry. FTC Technologies is a business brand, not a separate legal entity.
1. Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller is FTC Sales and Services d.o.o. Niš, operating the FTC Technologies brand.
- Registered office: Marije Bursać 2, 18000 Niš, Serbia
- Company registration number (MB): 21353884
- Tax identification number (PIB): 110473576
- Privacy enquiries: send a message through our contact form or write to the registered office above. If contacting us as an individual, enter “Individual” in the form's Company field and specify that your message is a privacy request.
2. Applicable data protection law
We process personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (Official Gazette of RS, No. 87/2018). The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also applies where its territorial rules are met.
3. What data do we collect?
When you submit an enquiry, we receive the data you provide: your name, company or individual designation, business email address, project description or request, and optional budget range. We also receive your acknowledgement that you have read this Policy. An anti-spam field may be processed to identify automated submissions.
When you browse the website, our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, which may include your IP address, browser details and request timestamps. We do not ask you to create an account.
Please do not send passwords, payment card data, sensitive personal data or third-party confidential information through the form. We can arrange a confidentiality agreement before you share sensitive project details.
4. Why do we process this data?
- Responding to enquiries and planning potential projects: to read your message, clarify requirements, reply and take steps you request before entering a contract. Depending on the circumstances, the legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- Website operation and security: to deliver the website, filter spam and protect the service. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
- Legal obligations: to retain or disclose information when applicable law requires it.
We do not use the contact form to sign you up for marketing newsletters, sell your enquiry details or make automated decisions about you. The form's required acknowledgement confirms that you have read this Policy; it is not a separate marketing consent.
5. Service providers and international processing
Our website is hosted on Netlify. Contact submissions are processed and stored using Netlify Forms, including spam filtering. We have enabled email notifications, so submitted details may also be delivered to a designated Gmail inbox provided by Google and retained in that mailbox. Access is limited to those managing enquiries.
These providers or their subprocessors may process information outside Serbia and the European Economic Area, including the United States. For details of Netlify's processing arrangements and transfer safeguards, see the Netlify data protection information. Google's handling of data is described in its Privacy Policy. You may contact us to request additional information about relevant safeguards.
We may disclose data when required by law or when necessary to obtain professional advice subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
6. How long do we keep data?
For enquiries that do not result in a business engagement, our policy is to delete the enquiry and associated email copies no later than 12 months after the last substantive communication, unless there is a specific legal obligation or a documented reason to retain them longer. For enquiries that lead to an engagement, relevant correspondence and contractual records may be retained for the period required by applicable law and to manage the business relationship.
We periodically review submissions held in Netlify Forms and our email inbox and delete those no longer needed. Hosting logs and technical data are retained according to the hosting provider's applicable policies.
7. Cookies and analytics
We do not currently use advertising cookies, marketing pixels or website analytics scripts. The site does not load third-party advertising or analytics services. Essential technical processing by our hosting provider may still occur to operate and secure the website. If our use of cookies or analytics changes, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required choices.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law and the circumstances of processing, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, or data portability where applicable. You may also withdraw consent for processing that is actually based on consent; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise a right or ask a question, contact us using the contact form (mark your message as a privacy request) or send a letter to our registered office. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of Serbia or an EU/EEA supervisory authority where applicable.
9. Security
The website is delivered using HTTPS encryption. We restrict access to submitted enquiries and use our service providers' security features. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Updates
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our website, service providers or legal obligations. The latest version and its update date will be published here.
